1. Shipping and reception of products

1.1. Terms of delivery

Daniel Andre delivers the Products ordered only in certain European countries, detailed below. Several carriers ensure delivery within a maximum period of thirty (30) working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays), COLISSIMO (Home), DELIVENGO (Home), MONDIAL RELAIS (Relay Point) and CHRONOPOST (Home Express). Preparation of the order as from receipt of the order confirmation e-mail.

The delivery times below are indicated in working days from the date of dispatch of the order.

The Customer will be informed by e-mail when the parcel is picked up by the carrier. He will then be given a delivery number which will enable him to follow the delivery of his order in real time.

 

In the event that delivery is impossible due to the Customer's absence at the place of delivery, the Customer may either schedule a new delivery or collect the package from a relay point.

 

Information concerning delivery methods is also accessible from the validation page of the basket, as well as on the order summary page, before payment of the order.

 

No delivery will be made by Daniel Andre if full payment cannot be received.

 

1.2. Delivery charges

 

Delivery costs are to be added to the total price of the order.

 

The delivery costs of the products will be calculated taking into account the country of destination and the shipping method chosen.

 

For deliveries to France, orders for an amount greater than or equal to forty-nine Euros (49€) of purchases are delivered free of charge to a WORLD RELAY POINT. Orders for an amount equal to or greater than seventy Euros (75€) will be delivered free of charge to your home by COLISSIMO.

 

1.3. Reception of Products

Upon delivery of the order, the Customer must check the conformity and condition of his order in the presence of the carrier and, if necessary, express any useful reservations concerning apparent defects (missing product, damaged package).

The Customer is invited to contact the Customer Service department of the Daniel Andre online shop (contact@daniel-andre.fr) within thirty (30) working days following receipt of the products. Unless there is a legitimate reason, any complaint made after this period will be considered inadmissible.

 

1.4. Product return

The Customer benefits from a right of retraction allowing him to return the products to Daniel Andre without reason under the conditions set out in article 2 below.

For any reason other than the right of retraction (non-conforming or damaged product, error on the content of the order, etc.), the Customer is invited to contact the Customer Service of the Daniel Andre Online Shop who will give him/her the necessary information to satisfy his/her request as far as possible and, if necessary, make a new delivery.

2. Right of withdrawal

2.1. The right of withdrawal

The Customer has the possibility, without any reason, to retract his order within thirty (30) calendar days from the day of receipt of the product(s) ordered, the date appearing on the carrier's receipt signed by the Customer being proof of this. In the event of split delivery, the date of delivery of the last item will be taken into account. When this period of thirty (30) days expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended to the first following working day.

To exercise his right of withdrawal, the Customer must return to Daniel Andre, an unambiguous statement, expressing his willingness to withdraw, on plain paper, accompanied by the information relating to the items and quantities returned, as well as the Customer's name, postal address, order number and, if possible, telephone number and e-mail address, contact@daniel-andre.fr

The customer also has the possibility of formulating his right of retraction directly from his customer area under the heading order history and details.

In order for the withdrawal period to be respected, it is sufficient for the Customer to transmit his communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

In any event, the Products must be returned without undue delay and, in any event, no later than thirty (30) calendar days after you have communicated your decision to withdraw from the contract to us at the address below :

Return postage costs are to be paid by the Customer.

 

2.2. Return Policy

 

Each Product must be returned new with its original packaging, unopened and in its original condition. Daniel Andre will not make any refund if the Products returned by the Customer do not correspond to the Product(s) ordered or have another origin than the Daniel Andre Online Shop. The return postage costs will be borne by the Customer. The Customer will then be reimbursed upon receipt of the Product(s).

 

2.3. Refund of the order

Daniel Andre will reimburse the returned products, in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in points 2.1 and 2.2, as well as the delivery costs by crediting the bank card used for payment. In the event of partial return of the products, the delivery costs will not be reimbursed by Daniel Andre insofar as the Customer will have benefited from the delivery service for the products retained.

Reimbursement will be made within a maximum period of thirty (30) days following the return of the products or the date on which the Customer has provided proof of the dispatch of the products (the date chosen being that of the first of these facts).

3. After-sales service

No claim will be taken into account and no exchange of products ordered on the Daniel Andre Online Boutique may be made in a point of sale in which products bearing the Daniel Andre brand are sold.
