What is your return policy ?

Daniel Andre is a French brand, all our products are shipped from the south of France, the cradle of exhilarating scents.
When will I receive my order ?
We aim to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.
Once your order is successfully submitted, the warehouse then processes your order the following business day. It is then picked, packed, and dispatched. Once it is on its way to you, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information, along with an estimated delivery date.
Kindly note that orders placed after 11:00 am (EST) are not guaranteed to be shipped the same day. Packages are not transported nor delivered on weekends and local public holidays.
While we always strive to have our orders delivered on time, we acknowledge that the unforeseeable is inevitable. External factors outside and its courier’s control, such as extreme weather conditions and technical failures, are bound to occasionally cause delays, and we ask for your patience and understanding when they do.

I received a damaged Item, what do I do ?
If a product shows a production defect or transport damage, you have of course the right to demand the delivery of an equivalent.
When receiving the package, check that there is no visible damage. In case of crack, hole or deformation accept assume a damaged package, be sure to open the package in the presence of the postman. If the latter cannot accept it because he cannot take back a package already opened, refuse the package if in doubt. Please contact our customer service if your product, despite intact packaging, arrived damaged at your home. Ideally, take a photo of the merchandise and packaging and email them to us, so that we can determine if the product has been damaged in production or in delivery. Please wait for our customer service response before resending anything.
Returning the products is, in most cases, not necessary. We do not wish to incur unnecessary transport costs under any circumstances.
